We are now looking for a technically savvy and customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Infrakit Deutschland GmbH.

In this role you will support and help our clients to succeed with Infrakit platform in infra construction projects. You will report to the Customer Success Director DACH.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring that our customers succeed in their execution and digitalization of infra projects with building information modelling and using Infrakit
  • Providing the different customers an excellent customer experience and hands-on support (remotely and on site) in design, construction and handover phase of their projects
  • Conducting standard trainings to customers on Infrakit’s features and functionalities
  • Finding innovative solutions and offering new workflows to solve customer’s problems
  • Maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by proactive communication and building personal relationships
  • Working together with the Customer Success Director to see the big picture of customers’ digital transformation concept and identify how Infrakit can add value
  • Understanding infra industry-specific trends and BIM in infra construction and projects


What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in infra construction or design, technology, land surveyor or equivalent
  • Hands-on work experience from infra projects and model-based construction (site manager of surveyor background is perfect for understanding the customer needs)
  • Some knowledge of road design and surveying software, infra project collaboration methods and tools, project management and construction processes
  • Some skills and interest in REST-API development
  • Customer orientation and good presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with and succeed in a multinational team
  • Ability to plan your own work, structured way of working and good time management skills
  • Willingness to travel in DACH area couple of days per month (own car is a benefit but not required)
  • Openness to using different systems and technologies in daily work (some experience or understanding of Jira, ValueFrame, PipeDrive, PowerBI are helpful)
  • Excellent German and professional English language skills and valid work permit to work in Germany

How it all began?

Infrakit was born from an idea and a research on Construction Automation implemented in the University of Oulu. We noticed that inefficient and clumsy flow of communication significantly slowed down the project progress and completion. In 2010, we founded Infrakit after solving this very common problem in the infrastructure construction industry.

We created a platform for the digital flow of designs and as-built information throughout all project phases. For this we were – and still are in 2023 – able to eliminate a large amount of delays and errors caused by lack of communication. The biggest thing is that infra-projects implemented together with Infrakit are completed faster.
