HR Manager

Working at Infrakit means that you are part of a group of true professionals. We have quite independent roles at Infrakit, and we give a lot of trust and freedom to our employees to do their work how they see fit.

We strive to live by our values every day – being caring, honest, and responsible. We take pride in being in the mission of building a more sustainable infra industry. We believe that work should be meaningful, but it should be also enjoyable and fun.

Our beliefs at Infrakit

01 Approachable & caring
We want to be approachable, internally and to our customers. Whether you have a small or a big question in mind, we are here to help you and support you.
02 Brilliance
We want to achieve high goals and aspire to be the world leader in more sustainable, digital infra construction. That’s why we need out of the box thinking and brilliant people to get us there.
03 Transparency
Transparency is the key to unlocking more smooth processes and better cooperation in infra construction processes. Transparency and honesty also build trust, which is a key element in any kind of teamwork and achieving big targets.
04 Solution focused
We don’t focus on problems but bring in solutions. We look into the future and think how things could be done even better. This way we are also responsible to ourselves and others, and take action where needed.
