QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring (Must-haves)
- Native/fluent Norwegian; strong English. Swedish is a big plus.
- B2B marketing experience (SaaS/startup preferred) owning end-to-end demand programs
- Hands-on ABM experience and tight Sales collaboration
- Clear track record of pipeline impact (MQLs, SQLs, opps, CPL, conversion rates)
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM
- Experience with LinkedIn ads, webinars, landing pages, and email nurtures
- Analytical, outcome-oriented, and disciplined in tracking and reporting
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience in construction tech, infrastructure, or public sector B2B
- Product-led/freemium motions, partner co-marketing
- Working with external agencies/vendors for creative and event production
- SEO basics, UTM strategy, and attribution familiarity
