Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Website Ownership & Management
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of Infrakit’s website, from hosting and CMS management to security, plugins, and performance optimization
- Manage all updates—both technical and content-related—to ensure the site remains modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused
- Create and optimize homepage and landing page experiences that inspire engagement and drive leads
- Maintain and coordinate multilingual content and translation process (4–5 languages), with fluent English as the working language
- Ensure seamless integration between the website and business systems (CRM, forms, automation tools, analytics platforms)
SEO & Search Visibility
- Ensure the website is fully optimized for search visibility across all key pages, with a strong focus on homepage and landing page performance
- Apply SEO best practices in structure, metadata, on-page elements, and internal linking to maximize reach and conversion
- Monitor performance with tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs, making data-driven improvements to ranking and domain authority
- Keep up to date with evolving SEO and AI search trends and ensure Infrakit’s website meets the latest technical and user experience standards
- Collaborate with regional SEO agencies
Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Lead the measurement and analysis of marketing performance across the full funnel—from web traffic to MQLs, SQLs, and customer conversions
- Set up and maintain analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, tracking scripts) to capture accurate and actionable data
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into performance and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Draw insights from multiple sources to guide strategic decisions and optimize ROI
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure digital channels support business priorities
- Collaborate with external partners where needed for content creation, development, or technical tasks
- Continuously look for ways to enhance the digital infrastructure and marketing impact
